Justin Reese

Justin Reese is the founder, broker, and owner of JRealty. He physically works out of the Gardena office along with Maria and Kashi. He earned his BA from UCLA in 2000, honorably completed service as a Captain in the US Marine Corps in 2004, earned his MBA from Cornell University in 2006, and worked for Trammel Crow / CBRE as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2006-2007.

Maria Reese

Maria Reese is currently working as the Vice President & Marketing Manager. Her primary role is new business development with a focus on public and private institutions with portfolios of distressed or non-performing assets. Maria earned a BA from The College of Wooster in 2002 and completed her MBA from Cornell University in 2006.

Kashi Walmer

Kashi Walmer is the Office Assistant and she supports the Office Manager with all of the day-to-day requirements associated with the operations. These include managing advertizing for vacant properties, maintaining the JRealty database, and coordinating communications.

Willie Arevalo

Willie Arevalo works exclusively as a Field Assistant. As such, his tasks include putting up and taking down yard signs, taking marketing and maintenance pictures, and communicating with the office manager, office assistant, vendors, and potential tenants as required.

Jules Guerra

Jules Guerra is a CA Licensed Agent and a Realtor. He works as both a Field Assistant and a Sales Assistant. He works closely and communicates regularly with Kashi and Justin. As a Sales Assistant, he works to develop new sales, leasing, and property management business.
