Payment Options

 

ACH Automatic Payment: This service is only $1.00 per transaction and it is very easy to set up. To sign up for this service, please request an AutoPay Agreement from billing@jrealty.org. Some of the many benefits of this service include:

i. Never have a check ‘lost in the mail’, or stolen with identity

ii. Never worry about holidays, Sundays or specific mail pick-up and delivery times

iii. Never have a late payment

iv. Never have to pay for stamps, envelopes etc

v. Help the environment by reducing paper, gas consumption, pollution etc

vi. Save time

 

In Person or Mail: you can deliver or mail your payment to:

Location hours vary but usually: Mon – Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm. Please call first.  

If mailing a Cashier's Check or Money Order, please GET A TRACKING NUMBER!

 

Phone: The service fee for this service depends on the payment type:    pay

i. E-check $1 + $25
