JRealty provides real estate services including property management, sales, and leasing.  We service Single Family Residences, two to four units, five to fifteen units, and small commercial buildings.

We manage make ready work ranging from small clean up, carpeting, and paint to trash-out, security, and large property rehabilitation projects in order to get properties rent or sale ready.

We strive for superior customer service (response times are measured and benchmarked against goals), efficient operations (i.e. paperless billing, contract creation, sharing, and signing), and industry leading advertising campaign, which results in speedy transactions, low vacancy rates and high rental or sale prices.
