enrollment into the following
positions:
Field Assistant. Can either be
Licensed or Unlicensed.
Highlights of this position:
·
Conduct inspections and take
pictures/ video as required
·
Post 3 day notice to pay rent or
quit and other notices
·
Copy and mail, purchase (all at JRealty expense) and
install, keys, yard signs, stakes, lockboxes etc
·
Perform other various jobs as desired
Field Associate. Must be
licensed by CA DRE. Has higher pay and priority
over Field Assistants. Can do
all Field Assistant dues, and
also:
·
Can perform Tenant
Representation services
·
Attend open houses & conduct
lead generation
JRealty Associate. Must hang
license with JRealty. Has
higher pay and priority over Field Associates.
Can do all Field Associate
dues, and also:
·
Can perform Landlord
Representation services
·
Can assist with certain
management services
JRealty Property Manager. Has
higher pay and priority over JRealty Associates.
Can do all JRealty Associate
dues, and also:

Can perform all JRealty services
NOTE: All positions must
have a 100/300/100 auto
insurance policy and JRealty must be
a named insured. Why?
This requirement eliminates
JRealty auto accident liability
if you get in an auto accident
while performing JRealty work.
Adding a name insured will have
no extra cost on your policy.
