Job Overview:
At the end of 6 months, you will
likely have 3 to 5 properties under
management and have started your new
book of reoccurring property
management business.
These are annuities that
should continue paying for several
to many years per contract.
Be
your own boss.
Make as much or as little as
you would like, however you must
adhere to our very high standards of
customer service.

The duties will
include, but are not limited to:

Timely and
consistent communication with
Landlord, Tenant, Vendors, and
JRealty staff
·
Pick up checks
from mailbox (cannot be USPS),
collect rent payments (if not ACH)
·
Prepare and
deposit rent checks at Chase bank
location
·
Copy and
maintain keys, yard signs, yard
stakes, and other equipment
·
Conduct an
external property inspection with
digital pictures
·
Insure
preventative maintenance schedule is
maintained
·
Post 3 day
notice to pay rent or quit and other
notices
·
Purchase and
installation of Co2 and smoke
detectors
·
Perform other
various duties as required
·

Property
Manager Qualifications
·
Have a valid CA
DRE license and must hang license
with JRealty
·
Must meet
JRealty Service Standards
·
Must have
excellent written and oral
communication skills and customer
service skills.
·
Must have a
valid California driver’s license
and 100/300/100 vehicle insurance.
·
Must obtain and
travel to a small mailbox rental
(not USPS) at least 1 time per week
after 10 properties, and always at
the beginning of every month to
collect rent payments (non ACH)
·
Must have
