Our Leasing Only service is designed for landlords who want to manage their property on a day to day basis.  These landlords need help marketing and advertising, screening phone calls, conducting background checks, or they simply just need help quickly finding a quality tenant.

Leasing We execute an extensive marketing and advertising campaign, receive calls from potential tenants, show the property, run credit and background checks, and process lease applications and agreements. 

Electronic Signature We create and execute documents electronically. We use zipForm, Adobe, and Docusign software.

·         Make recommendations as to the optimal rent amount

·         Execute a targeted marketing program that highlights the attributes of the property in writing and in pictures

·         Publish advertisements

·         Receive phone calls from potential tenants

·         Prescreen potential tenants for income and FICO score requirements

·         Show space to potential tenants

·         Accept and process rental applications offers using

·         Perform credit and criminal background check

·         Supervise the signing of the lease document, using CAR Form LR

·         Receive and transfer security deposit and first month's rent from Tenant

·         Ensure all disclosures are met, all legal requirements satisfied
